  • System Development – Develop demographic, schedule, paycode, and other
    custom interfaces using Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) or Connect. Created complex pay, work, and break rules. Test functionality with payroll and project team. Create and modify schedule, labor, activities, and other interfaces. Create payroll extracts using WIM and Connect client. Use API to perform any needed transactions for any need required.
  • Project Management – Communicate project initiatives and requirements to key stakeholders. Document requirements for I.T. and business owners describing technical initiatives and procedures. Provide executive level documentation, system diagrams, KPI valuation for project teams to make intelligent planning assessments. Maintain project meetings with business users to communicate new requirements for enhancements or build needs.
  • Change Management – Strictly adhere to corporation change management
    procedures, providing documentation, data, or other needed information.
  • Business Analysis – Demonstrate Business ROI using Kronos modules.
    Explain system capabilities utilizing Workforce Central Suite (WFC) products, develop forecast KPI’s, reporting, and train project teams on WFC functionality. Create ad-hoc reports to view timekeeper data when needed by the project team.
  • System Optimization – Troubleshoot and modify Kronos system environment variables to resolve performance and database issues. JBOSS sizing, load balancer configuration, and system settings tuning.
